Overview
This Privacy Policy applies to the Tune Tracker mobile application and related services operated by CROWN WEST PROPERTIES LTD (the “Service Provider”).
Information the Application obtains
The Application does not collect, log, or store personal information when you download and use it. Registration is not required.
When the Application is used with an active internet connection, technical protocol data such as an ephemeral IP address may be transmitted as part of normal network connectivity. This information is not retained or used for tracking by the Service Provider.
Precise location
The Application does not collect precise real-time information about the location of your mobile device.
Third-party access
Because the Application does not collect personal information through normal use, no such information is shared with third parties.
Opt-out rights
Since the Application does not collect personal information through normal use, uninstalling the Application removes it from your device.
If you contact the Service Provider directly or voluntarily provide information by other means, you may request deletion of that information by emailing winslowjasper8@gmail.com.
Data Retention
The Application is designed to keep its normal-use content on your device rather than on Service Provider servers. The Service Provider therefore does not retain personal information generated through ordinary app use.
If you voluntarily provide information to the Service Provider outside the Application, for example by email, that information is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your request, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, or protect legitimate business interests. When it is no longer needed, it will be deleted or anonymised where appropriate.
Data Deletion
Local application data can be removed by using available in-app controls where provided, clearing the Application’s local storage through your device settings, or uninstalling the Application.
For information you voluntarily provided directly to the Service Provider, you may request deletion by contacting winslowjasper8@gmail.com. Requests will be handled subject to any legal or regulatory requirements that require limited information to be retained.
Children
The Application is not intended for children under 13 years of age, or such higher age as may be required by applicable law. The Service Provider does not knowingly solicit data from children or market the Application to them.
Because the Application does not collect personal information through normal use, children’s personal data is not collected by ordinary use of the Application. If information is voluntarily provided by other means by a person below the applicable age threshold, a parent or guardian must provide consent where required by law.
Security
Because the Application does not collect personal data through normal use, the risk of exposure of such data is limited. No system can be guaranteed to be completely secure, however, and the Service Provider applies reasonable safeguards to systems and any information it does hold.
Data Breach Notification
If a security incident affects personal information that you voluntarily provided to the Service Provider, you will be notified where required by applicable law.
Changes to this policy
The Service Provider may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be published with an updated effective date and, where required by law, consent will be requested before those changes take effect.

Your Consent
If you voluntarily provide information to the Service Provider and processing is based on consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time without affecting processing carried out before withdrawal.
